Training and Qualification

The company management believes on the role of training for evolving the  taskforce and increasing  its productivity ,to  reach the goal predetermined to achieve-Yemenisation-, it has sought to vary the means / methods of training and qualification of the  local cadre, and  cherry-pick of those methods / means, paying attention to port’s results of those programs in order to reach the maximum satisfaction asset levels, patched  any deviation may occur to the progress of the local staff and to the  improvement of  its operation
